You'll have your own username and password, which will allow you to log into our members-only dashboard. Log in on a desktop or via the downloadable app.

As new material is added, you'll find it all on your dashboard. You'll also receive emails when new content is available.

We will put the replays of each session inside the program so you can refer back to them at any time.

If you have any questions, I will answer all your questions in a phone call or email.  Each practice has up to 60 minutes to put towards these questions.

Refunds are not provided for membership fees or services provided by us where you have been given access to Our Content or our Online Community, whether accessed by you or not, unless we breach the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

Payment is made at the beginning of the 3 months, and payments are non-refundable.  However, you are not 'locked-in' to a contract and automatic payments are under your control.

There are no cancellation fees - make sure you make note of when your subscription payment will automatically renew and jump into your account to cancel anytime.

Full payment is required at time of purchase.  We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

At the end of your 3-month subscription, your membership will automatically renew for another 3 months at the same rate, unless you choose to cancel before the renewal date. This ensures uninterrupted access to all courses, webinars, resources, and direct support from Dr Roslyn Franklin.

You can cancel at any time before the renewal to stop future charges — no questions asked.
